Hello

A quick one from me as we head into GC Connect Monthly next week.

We’ve got two sessions:

  • Monday at 4pm UK time
  • Tuesday at 8am UK time

They are the same session, just run twice to cover different time zones.

Same content, same learning, just different people in the virtual room which always brings a different dynamic.

This month is the ususal mix of learning, updates and connection.

We’ll start with a story from GCologist Dave Killoran (DK Associates), sharing an example of an 86-year-old with a very strong Polisher score who is, quite simply, still polishing.

It brings to life something we talk about a lot. Across the data, there is no statistical significance across the five GC Index proclivities for age, gender, or country most associated with.

After that, we’ll then move into working with team data.

We’ll explore a few real team scenarios and then break out into smaller groups to discuss what you’re seeing, what you’d do, and how you’d approach it.

If you’re experienced working with The GC Index and Teams, it’s a chance to share your thinking, your insight, and how you’re using The GC Index in practice.

If you’re less experienced, it’s a great opportunity to learn from real-world examples and see how others are using Team data as a diagnostic to understand and maximise team performance and impact.

The real value comes from bringing different experiences and perspectives together. That’s where the learning deepens and the quality of thinking lifts.

As ever, it’s also a chance to connect with others across the global community.

If you haven’t done so already, you can book onto a session via the button below.

See you next week!

Do good, be great as ever.
