A quick reminder for our global GC Community regarding ChatGCT and GC Translate access under the original GC Index Single Purchase Model.

When we introduced the GC Subscription Model last year, we shared that all existing Single Purchase users would continue to receive complimentary access to ChatGCT and GC Translate for 12 months, through to 31st August 2026. (more details here)

That date is now starting to come into view, so we wanted to make sure everyone was aware of what happens next.

What happens from 1st September 2026:

Those users on a GC Index Subscription Licence will continue to receive ongoing access to ChatGCT (with attachments) and GC Translate as part of their subscription

Those users on the original Single Purchase Model who have already had more than 12 months’ access will no longer have free access to ChatGCT or GC Translate

Those users who purchased on the Single Purchase Model less than 12 months ago will continue to receive access until their individual 12 month period expires

Since launching the GC Subscription Model, it’s been fantastic to see so many organisations making full use of:

• Unlimited Team Snapshot Reports

• Unlimited Recruitment Links

• ChatGCT with attachments and enhanced functionality

• GC Translate

• A more scalable way to embed The GC Index across teams and organisations

The move to Subscription Model has allowed many organisations to use The GC Index more consistently, more widely and with greater day-to-day impact.

For our GC Partners and GCologists, please do take a moment over the coming weeks to remind your clients, teams and participants about these upcoming changes as well.

We know many people actively use ChatGCT and GC Translate within their day-to-day work, and we want to make sure nobody is caught out unexpectedly losing access after 31st August 2026.
