Hello
One of the clearest messages from our GC Community is the need for continued learning beyond Accreditation and Re-Accreditation.
As mentioned at the last GC Connect Monthly, we are exploring ways to support GCologists to deepen their practice.
The first of these is a new GCologist Supervision Training Course, created directly in response to that need. |

Even when you are accredited to deliver The GC Index, supervision is what sustains, deepens and protects your practice.
It supports ethical decision-making, sharpens interpretation, and helps you navigate complexity, power dynamics and your own GC proclivities when working with individuals, teams and organisations.

This new course has been designed and piloted by GCologists Tanya Lee and Michael Short, both EMCC Senior Practitioners with extensive experience in executive coaching, leadership development, culture and transformation.
It responds to the consistent request from GCologists for structured supervision and high-quality ongoing professional development.
The course is delivered by GC Partner Culture Works Consortium and is a chargeable partner-led event (not a complimentary session delivered by The GC Index Team). It takes place on March 4th at 3pm UK Time.
Michael and Tanya will also be sharing more about supervision, and this course, at GC Connect Monthly on 25th and 26th February, if you would like to hear more before booking.
