This week I wanted to let you know that our next GC Connect Monthly sessions are taking place on the 8th and 9th of June and you can book your place here |

GC Connect continues to become one of the most important sessions for our global GC Community. It is where we share updates, learn from each other, explore real applications of The GC Index and strengthen the relationships that help us all deliver greater impact with clients, teams and organisations. The last session was a brilliant example of that. |
|
|
In the last GC Connect session we explored real-world applications across leadership, coaching, team performance and organisational development. There were practical discussions around how The GC language helps depersonalise conversations, build trust faster and create clearer alignment around contribution and impact. A particularly powerful conversation centred on GCologist Dave Killoran's profile review presentation with an 86-year-old Polisher. It reinforced once again that there are no statistically significant differences across the five proclivities by age, gender or country most associated with. A great reminder that Human Energy for Impact is far deeper than stereotypes or assumptions. The networking and shared learning again stood out as a huge part of the value. The openness of the community, the willingness to share experiences and the opportunity to connect with fellow GCologists globally is what is making GC Connect so special. |

For next month’s sessions, alongside GC Platform and community updates, I’ll also be sharing more around how we are using The GC Index to help predict both individual and team performance, including a couple of practical case study examples. |

As always, there will be dedicated time for discussion, networking and connection with the wider GC Community. In typical GC Connect fashion there will be two sessions on MS Teams featuring the same content, simply delivered at different times to reflect our global community and time zones.
