Hello

This week I am delighted to share that GC Partner The Change Maker Group and University of Greenwich have won a C&IT Award for their outstanding Diversity and Inclusion Programme – The Change Maker Programme.

Celebrating Impact: The Change Maker Group with University of Greenwich

Powered by The GC Index, this initiative gave everyone across the University the confidence to make an impact in their own unique way.

The programme has since inspired the University of Greenwich to become GC Index accredited, reflecting its belief in the framework’s ability to transform performance and inclusion.

As Simon Phillips, Founder of The Change Maker Group, said:

“We’ve woven The GC Index into all of our programmes and to receive an award for the way it contributed to the EDI outcomes at Greenwich is fantastic. This is a real team award, reflecting the vision of the whole team at Greenwich and our network partners, Heather Robinson Ltd.”

Save the Date: The GC Index and Coping Styles

Many of you kindly contributed to The GC Index and Coping Styles research project earlier this year, led by Dr John Mervyn-Smith and Zara Ashley from King’s College London.

The findings are now in, and John and Zara will be hosting a short online session to share what they discovered. The session will take place on Monday 15 December at 2pm (UK time).

They will walk through:

  • The aim of the project
  • Key insights on GC Index profiles and coping styles
  • What the results might mean for wellbeing at work
  • Space for questions and discussion

This research explores how our natural energies for impact relate to how we cope under pressure and what that means for resilience and wellbeing.

More details will follow in the coming weeks but for now save the date 15th December 2pm UK Time to make sure you are available to attend this session.

Reminder – Free GCologist Accreditation

A quick reminder of our current subscription offer running until 31 December 2025.

When any organisation purchases a GC Index Subscription Licence for 50 users or more (SL50+), and a GCologist Accreditation to go with it,  they will receive a second GCologist Accreditation completely free of charge.

This offer gives organisations more value, more flexibility, and ensures they can build deeper GC Index capability in-house to drive sustained impact with their GC Partners.

A gift from us to you, helping more people discover how they make their best impact.

Do good and be great, as ever.

Nathan
