The programme has since inspired the University of Greenwich to become GC Index accredited, reflecting its belief in the framework’s ability to transform performance and inclusion. |

Save the Date: The GC Index and Coping Styles |

Many of you kindly contributed to The GC Index and Coping Styles research project earlier this year, led by Dr John Mervyn-Smith and Zara Ashley from King’s College London.
The findings are now in, and John and Zara will be hosting a short online session to share what they discovered. The session will take place on Monday 15 December at 2pm (UK time).
They will walk through:
This research explores how our natural energies for impact relate to how we cope under pressure and what that means for resilience and wellbeing.
