Hello

This month and next we have two super insightful sessions coming up.

Both sessions demonstrate how The GC Index continues to act as the language and data set that aligns with almost any organisational process or social situation.

Whether it is Innovation, Change, Sales, Growth, Leadership Development, Recruitment, Agile or Design Thinking through to Impactful Relationships, Team Performance and Personal Wellbeing, The GC Index is the Organimetric that helps move people from theory to contribution and from intention to impact.

Details of the two sessions are below, we look forward to seeing you at one or both of them!

GC Change Club: LEGO Serious Play and The GC Index

We are pleased to confirm that the GC Change Club returns next week (18th November 1pm UK Time) hosted by Master GCologist Simon Phillips with a session that brings together The GC Index and LEGO Serious Play a powerful combination.

LEGO Serious Play has become an effective method for helping teams surface ideas, challenges and insights through three dimensional models and shared storytelling.

When combined with The GC Index it creates a powerful way to make individual and collective impact profiles visible, tangible and actionable.

Simon is joined by Gaylin Jee another Master GCologist (Yes, two for the price of one in this session!) who will share a number of recent case studies from her work integrating LEGO Serious Play with The GC Index. These sessions have accelerated learning, strengthened communication and made team workshops far more memorable.

Simon has asked me to note that this session will not be recorded, and will operate under 'Chatham House Rules', as Gaylin will be sharing real client data. It is a confidential space to learn, explore and share your own experiences.

A great session for anyone looking to bring the GC Index to life in more creative and engaging ways.

Research Findings: The GC Index and Coping Styles

Many of you kindly contributed to The GC Index and Coping Styles research project earlier this year, led by Dr John Mervyn Smith and Zara Ashley from King’s College London.

The findings are now in, and John and Zara will be hosting a short online session to share what they discovered.

The session will take place on Monday 15th December at 2pm pm UK time.

Dr John and Zara will walk through:

  • The aim of the project

  • Key insights on GC Index profiles and coping styles

  • What the results might mean for Wellbeing at work

  • Space for questions and discussion

This research explores how our natural energies for impact relate to how we cope under pressure and what that means for resilience and wellbeing.

If you would like to join the session, you can register by clicking the button below.

So there you have it, two great sessions to join, continue your learning and meet with like minded people dedicated to making a positive impact in their worlds.

Together we can make a bigger impact!

Do good and be great, as ever.
