As we start a new year, many of the conversations we are having are about reconnecting, re-engaging, and making out best impact in 2026.

So this week, I wanted to remind you of the Gift that keeps on giving...namely The GC Index Gift Link process.

Alongside this, I also wanted to remind you about the Gift Link Engagement Session Training (GLES).

This has been running for the past couple of years, continues to receive fantastic feedback, and is hosted by one of our Master GCologists, Mark Savage. Sessions run every couple of weeks and are designed specifically for GCologists.

GLES focuses on helping you get the very best out of the Gift Link process, from how to position it effectively, to how to use it to move into deeper, more impactful conversations with clients and senior stakeholders.

We also know how well this works. 99% of people who experience the Gift Link process rate it as very good or excellent.

It is very much about showing up as a trusted advisor and using the power of the GC Index to support individuals, teams, and organisations.
