Since our announcement to evolve our GC Clubs and Groups, we’ve been committed to delivering engaging, topic-driven sessions to our GCologists that bring real value to their practice.

We’re thrilled to invite you to the first session under this new approach—a collaboration between the GCologist Learning Group (GLG) and the GC Psych Club.

Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About an Organimetric...

This GLG x GC Psych Club collaboration session is titled: 'Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About an Organimetric - Being prepared to answer those tricky questions that clients ask.'

This interactive session, led by Dr. John Mervyn-Smith and Nigel Evans (Psychologist at Large), will take place on Thursday 13th March at 2.30pm GMT

During the session Dr John and Nigel will explore:

The unique aspects of The GC Index as an Organimetric
How it differs from psychometrics and why that matters
Practical ways to position The GC Index with clients
The importance of context in understanding individual and collective impact

This is a fantastic opportunity to deepen your knowledge, share experiences, and gain the confidence to address client queries with clarity.

Final Session: What You Need to Tell Your Clients

Through February I ran a couple of sessions titled "What you need to tell your clients before everyone else does...".

These sessions are only 45 minutes and aimed at GC Partners to make sure that they themselves, as well as their Clients are fully updated on the transformation The GC Index has gone through over the last few months. (From PDF to System of Organisational Impact)

These sessions were so impactful I decided to run two more in March where I share other examples of how GC Partners are making the most of this transformation from 'PDF to System of Organisational Impact' to engage new Clients and re-engage existing ones.

So if you didn't attend a previous session the final session this month is on March 11th at 3pm GMT.
