Today is Good Friday here in the UK, as well as in many other countries around the world.

Easter means different things to different people, but however you're spending the weekend, we’ll always encourage you to make your best impact—whatever that looks like for you.

Important times such as Ramadan, Easter and Passover are moments of reflection for many in our GCologist community. It’s a chance to pause and think about how the work we do—through The GC Index and beyond—helps build a world where people feel valued for what they bring.

That’s what we’re about. Always have been.

So here’s a simple Easter thought from us:

Let’s all be happy bunnies this Easter.

Happy because we’re doing something that matters to us and others
Happy because we understand how we make our best impact
Happy because we’re part of a community that sees the value that others can bring

And if you haven’t looked at your GC Index Impact Profile in a while, maybe give it a revisit. Sometimes a quick reminder of where your Energy for Impact lies is all it takes to refocus or reset.

Finally, I also had some fun and asked ChatGCT how based on my GC Impact Profile I could be "a Happy Bunny this Easter."...I'm now off to create the best Easter egg hunt ever for my family!
