A couple of weeks ago, I wrote about the launch of the GC Team Impact Diagnostic a new GC Index product designed to help teams measure, track and discuss their collective impact over time.

Since its release, the GC Team Impact Diagnostic (TID) is already being used extensively by GCologists, GC Partners and their clients and the feedback has been fantastic.

Master GCologist Simon Phillips, The Change Man, shared this insight after running it with a team:

“Interestingly, the team collectively had the least proclivity for Strategist and when they explored their six biggest gaps using the Team Impact Diagnostic, it all pointed back to feelings of a lack of alignment and connection.

This gave focus to help the team 'draw upon' its Strategist proclivity more and brought how to best leverage their Implementer and Play Maker energies into the conversation too. I’ll definitely be using it regularly in my consulting work.”

After running a couple of Introduction to the GC Team Impact Diagnostic workshops, some of the GCologists who attended asked me to create a video they could share more easily with colleagues and clients.
