Hello

One of the consistent themes across our GC Community is that learning never stops.

So this week, I want to highlight another development opportunity specifically for GCologists and GC Partners.

Following the GC Change Club session last year with Simon Phillips and Gaylin Jee, there was clear appetite to go deeper into how we bring The GC Index to life using LEGO® Serious Play®.

Off the back of that interest, Master GCologist Gaylin Jee is running two one-day programmes in London on 18th and 19th March 2026.

These workshops are designed to show how The GC Index and LEGO® Serious Play® integrate to unlock greater value in teams.

LEGO® Serious Play® provides a creative, immersive method to unlock impact, energise potential and drive change. It brings The GC Index individual and team profiles off the page (or screen!) and into a tactile shared understanding.

There are two programmes:

  • 18th March 2026: Designed specifically for GCologists and GC Partners. This includes one to one support after the training day to help you design your own solution, plus an introduction to Shared Model Building.

  • 19th March 2026: Open to anyone wanting foundational Level 1 LEGO® Serious Play® training. The GC Index data will be used throughout, and those new to The GC Index will receive a complimentary link for themselves.

These courses are delivered by Master GCologist Gaylin Jee and are chargeable partner-led events (not complimentary sessions delivered by The GC Index Team).

Both days are small group, practice-based sessions. You will leave with practical skills you can apply across individual and team contexts.

For me, this is another strong example of how The GC Index acts as a language and framework that integrates with any other methodologies to drive team performance.

The GC Index doesn't compete with other Team Performance Frameworks - it augments them!

Keep making your best impact.

Nathan
